经皮脊柱微创内固定技术治疗创伤性胸腰椎骨折疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Spinal Internal Fixation for Traumatic Thoracolumbar Fracture

目的:研究经皮脊柱微创内固定技术的实施方法及其在创伤性胸腰椎骨折患者中的应用价值。方法:将某院收治的130例创伤性胸腰椎骨折患者随机分为对照组和研究组各65例,治疗方案中分别实施开放式椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗、经皮脊柱微创内固定治疗。于两组患者治疗后分别记录手术指标(手术用时、开始自主活动时间、住院时间、术中出血量、ASIA评分)和VAS评分、伤椎椎体高度比。结果:治疗后,研究组患者手术用时、术中出血量、手术切口愈合、住院时间、开始自主活动时间以及VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者伤椎椎体高度比、ASIA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:予以创伤性胸腰椎骨折患者经皮脊柱微创内固定技术治疗可有效提高患者治疗效果,提高患者椎体功能的改善效果。

Objective:To investigate the application and value of minimally invasive percutaneous spinal internal fixation in patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:130 patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fractures were randomly divided into control group(65 cases)and study group(65 cases).The two groups were given open pedicle screw internal fixation and percutaneous minimally invasive spinal internal fixation,respectively.After treatment,the surgical indicators(operating time,time to start voluntary activities,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,ASIA score),VAS score and injury vertebral body height ratio were recorded.Results:After intervention,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,wound healing,hospitalization time,time to start voluntary activities,and VAS score in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the injury vertebral body height ratio and the ASIA score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous spinal internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic thoracolumbar fractures can effectively improve the treatment effect and improve the patients'vertebral body function.
