儿童乳磨牙牙体大面积缺损不同修复方式的对比研究

Comparative Study of Different Restoration Methodsfor Large Area Defect of Deciduous Molars in Children

目的:研究各种修复方法对儿童乳磨牙大面积缺损的影响。方法:将86例乳磨牙大面积缺损儿童随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组采用光固化树脂材料修复,观察组采用金属预成型牙冠修复,比较不同治疗方案对儿童的影响。结果:术后12个月,观察组牙齿修复成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);1年后复查,观察组修复体边缘折断、修复体边缘与牙体间断裂、继发龋发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用金属预成型牙冠修复乳磨牙大面积缺损,提高了成功率,降低了儿童继发龋的可能性。

Objective:To study the effect of various restoration methods on large defects of children's deciduous molars.Methods:86 children with large molar defects were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was restored with photocured resin material,and the observation group was restored with metal preformed crowns.The effects of different treatment regimens on children were compared.Results:12 months after operation,the success rate of dental restoration in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After 1 year of reexamination,the incidence of fracture of prosthodontic edge,fracture between prosthodontic edge and tooth and secondary caries in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The metal preformed crown for large defects of children's deciduous molars can improve the success rate and reduce the possibility of secondary caries in children.
