摘要
目的:分析痰热清注射液辅助治疗尘肺病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果。方法:将某院2018年3月~2020年3月收治的53例尘肺病合并COPD患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=27)和研究组(n=26),其中对照组采用噻托溴铵粉雾剂吸入治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合痰热清注射液治疗,两组均持续治疗1个月。比较两组治疗前后临床症状积分、肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、第1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)]以及血清炎症因子[C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)]水平。结果:治疗后,两组临床症状积分较治疗前均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组FVC、MVV和FEV1较治疗前均明显升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组CRP和IL-1水平较治疗前均明显下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液辅助治疗尘肺病合并COPD疗效确切,能有效缓解患者临床症状,明显改善肺功能,并有效抑制炎症反应。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection in the adjuvant treatment of pneumoconiosis patients with COPD.Methods:A total of 53 patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with COPD admitted to a hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were divided into control group(n=27)and study group(n=26)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with tiotropium powder aerosol inhalation,and the study group was treated with Tanreqing injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued treatment for 1 month.Clinical symptom scores,lung function measures[forced vital capacity(FVC),maximal ventilation per minute(MVV),forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV1)],as well as serum levels of inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1(IL-1)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The FVC,MVV,and FEV1 of both groups were significantly higher than those of the study group,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The CRP and IL-1 levels of both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection in the adjuvant treatment of pneumoconiosis patients with COPD is exact,which can effectively relieve patients'clinical symptoms,significantly improve lung function,and effectively inhibit the inflammatory response.
