米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗产后出血的效果

Effect of Mitoprostol Combined with Ergometrine Maleate on Postpartum Bleeding

目的:研究分析米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗产后出血的临床效果与价值。方法:选取2019年6月~2020年6月内某院收治的产后出血患者120例,随机分为对照组和实验组各60例,对照组接受米索前列醇进行治疗,实验组接受米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:实验组出血量明显减少,止血时间明显提前,预后效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:针对产后出血患者采用米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗效果确切,能够有效减少患者出血量,缩短患者出血时间,临床效果好,具有推广使用价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and value of misoprostol combined with ergobasine maleate in the treatment of postpartum bleeding.Methods:120 patients with postpartum bleeding in a hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.60 patients in the control group were treated with misoprostol,and the remaining 60 patients in the experimental group were treated with misoprostol combined with ergobasine maleate,then the actual treatment effect in the two groups was compared.Results:The bleeding volume was significantly reduced in the experimental group,the hemostasis time was significantly earlier,the prognostic effect was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse medication effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of mitoprostol combined with ergobasine maleate is accurate,which can effectively reduce the bleeding volume and shorten the bleeding time,with good clinical effect,and has the value of promotion and application.
