阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗脑梗塞对患者缺血区域脑血流量及疗效的影响

Effect of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel Bisulfate on Cerebral Blood Flow in Ischemic Region of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨脑梗塞患者阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗的有效性及对患者缺血区域脑血流量的影响。方法:选取2019年12月~2020年12月某院收治的脑梗塞患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各42例,对照组阿司匹林治疗,研究组阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组临床有效率、神经功能缺损、日常生活能力和缺血区域脑血流量情况。结果:研究组有效率大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组神经功能缺损小于对照组(P<0.05),研究组日常生活能力大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后缺血区域脑血流量明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗塞患者治疗中,阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗有效性较高,能够提高缺血区域脑血流量。

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its effect on cerebral blood flow in ischemic region.Methods:A total of 84 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to a hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups(according to the random number table method).The control group was treated with aspirin,and the study group was treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate.Clinical effective rate,neurological impairment,daily living ability and cerebral blood flow in ischemic area were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological function deficit of the study group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the daily living ability of the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cerebral blood flow in the ischemic area in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of cerebral infarction patients,aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate is effective and can improve the cerebral blood flow in the ischemic region.
