综合康复护理在膝关节半月板损伤修复中的应用及对膝关节功能的影响研究

The Application of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing in the Repair of Knee Meniscus Injury and Its Effect on Knee Joint Function

目的:研究综合康复护理的方法及其在部队医院膝关节半月板损伤修复中的应用价值。方法:将某院2019年1月~2020年12月期间收治的120例膝关节半月板损伤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为C组和Z组各60例,康复护理中分别实施常规护理干预、综合护理干预,对比观察两组患者的膝关节功能和并发症的发生率。结果:干预后,Z组患者Lysholm评分、ROM均高于C组(P<0.05),VAS评分低于C组(P<0.05);Z组共6.67%的患者发生并发症,低于C组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上通过疼痛管理、炎症干预、伤口愈合促进、并发症预防及康复训练等综合康复干预措施的联合实施能有效提高部队医院膝关节半月板损伤患者的膝关节功能,降低并发症的发生率。

Objective:To study the method of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and its in the repair of knee meniscus injury in military hospital.Methods:120 patients with knee meniscus injury in a military hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into group C(60 cases,routine nursing intervention)and group Z(60 cases,comprehensive rehabilitation intervention).The knee function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the Lysholm score and ROM of group Z were higher than those of group C(P<0.05),VAS score was lower than that of group C(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 6.67%in group Z,which was lower than 16.67%in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine nursing,comprehensive rehabilitation interventions such as pain management,inflammation intervention,wound healing promotion,complication prevention and rehabilitation training can effectively improve the knee joint function of patients with knee meniscus injury in military hospital and reduce the incidence of complications.
