早期功能性电刺激主导下的床旁作业治疗对脑卒中患者手功能障碍的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Bedside Operation Therapy Led by Early Functional Electrical Stimulation on Hand Dysfunction in Stroke Patients

摘要 目的:探讨早期功能性电刺激(Functional Eleetrieal Stimulation,FES)主导下的床旁作业治疗对脑卒中患者手功能障碍的影响。方法:选取某院2019年3月~2020年3月康复科收治的82例脑卒中患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,对照组行常规床旁作业治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用早期FES,分析比较治疗前后两组患者的FMA评分、VAS评分、Barthel指数(BMI)及肌力等级的变化情况。结果:治疗前,两组FMA评分、BMI评分、VAS评分及肌力等级差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的FMA评分、VAS评分、BMI评分及肌力等级改善明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组改善更优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期FES主导下的床旁作业治疗能够促进脑卒中患者手功能恢复,增强患肢肌力,减轻疼痛程度,提高患者日常生活能力。 Objective:To investigate the effect of b bedside operation therapy led by early functional electrical stimulation(FES)on hand dysfunction in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 82 stroke patients admitted to a hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine bedside treatment,and the observation group was treated with early FES on the basis of the control group.The changes of FMA score,VAS score,Barthel index(BMI)and muscle strength grade were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in FMA scores,BMI scores,VAS scores and muscle strength grades between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,The improvement of FMA scores,VAS scores,BMI scores and muscle strength grades of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early bedside operation therapy under the guidance of FES can promote the hand function recovery of stroke patients,enhance the muscle strength of the affected limb,reduce pain,and improve the patients'daily life ability.
