摘要
目的:研究早期肠内营养支持的实施方法及其在脑出血患者中的应用价值。方法:将某院收治的100例脑出血患者随机分为C组和Y组各50例,营养支持方案中分别实施肠外营养支持、早期肠内营养支持。于两组患者干预前后,分别检测营养状况指标(ALB、Hb、TP)和血清神经元因子(NSE、S100β)。结果:干预后,Y组患者血清ALB、Hb、TP均高于C组(P<0.05),Y组患者血清NSE、S100β均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:予以脑出血患者早期肠内营养支持可有效提高患者营养水平,提高患者神经功能的改善效果。
Objective:To study the implementation method of early enteral nutrition support and its application value in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into group C(50 cases)and group Y(50 cases).Parenteral nutrition support and early enteral nutrition support were respectively implemented in the nutritional support program.Nutritional status indexes(ALB,HB,TP)and serum neuronal factor(NSE,S100β)were measured before and after intervention in the two groups.Results:After intervention,serum ALB,Hb and TP in group Y were higher than those in group C(P<0.05),while serum NSE and S100βin group Y were lower than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition support for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the nutritional level of patients and improve the effect of neurological function.
