综合干预对重症急性胰腺炎患者肠内营养支持疗效的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Intervention on Enteral Nutrition Support in Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的:分析综合干预对重症急性胰腺炎患者肠内营养支持疗效的影响。方法:将某院于2017年1月~2020年12月4年间来某院进行治疗的胰腺炎患者共47例,将其分为观察组和对照组,对比分析两组患者分别治疗后临床疗效、并发症发生率、血液淀粉酶、尿液淀粉酶以及血液脂肪酶水平。结果:对两组患者采取不同的治疗措施后,两组患者之间治疗效果对比差异大,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者之间并发症发生率对比,观察组患者明显更低,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者之间血液淀粉酶、尿液淀粉酶以及血液脂肪酶对比,观察组患者明显更低,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:综合干预措施能够在一定程度上帮助提高患者护理效果,改善疗效,相较于常规治疗更有利于降低患者并发症发生率,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive intervention on enteral nutrition support in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:47 patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated in a hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into observation group and control group,and the clinical efficacy,incidence of complications,blood amylase,urine amylase and blood lipase levels were analyzed.Results:There was significantly statistical difference in clinical efficacy after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The blood amylase,urine amylase and blood lipase in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive intervention can help to improve the effect of patient care and improve the efficacy to a certain extent,which is more conducive to reduce the incidence of complications than routine treatment,and worthy of extensive clinical application.
