摘要 介绍了焦炉直行温度测温技术的原理、方案、功能等,分析了各种焦炉直行温度测量方法的优缺点。实践表明,HY-ZHCW测温方法采用热成像原理,自动测温效率高、精度高、算法先进、操作简便,便于温度数据查询管理。 This paper introduces automatic measurement for longitudinal temperature in aspects of principle,approach,functions,etc.,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages by using the longitudinal temperature measurement for different coke oven batteries. The practice shows that the HY-ZHCW measurement method in principle of thermal imaging technology is characterized with high efficiency of automatic temperature measurement,high precision,advanced algorithm and easy operation,which will facilitate temperature search and management.
