曼陀罗绘画疗法对肿瘤患者负性情绪的影响

Effects of Mandala Painting Therapy on Negative Emotions of Patients with Tumor

目的研究曼陀罗绘画对于缓解肿瘤患者负性情绪的作用效果。方法便利抽样选取2020年7-12月某院肿瘤科住院化疗患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理措施及心理护理;观察组在此基础上,每个化疗周期前后分别给予1次曼陀罗绘画治疗,共10次。干预结束后,采用正负性情绪量表(positive and negative affect scale,PANAS)对两组患者的负性情绪状态进行评价比较。结果观察组负性情绪总分低于对照组(P<0.01),正性情绪条目中“精神活力高的、自豪的、有活力的”得分高于对照组(均P<0.05),负性情绪条目中“内疚的、恐惧的、敌意的、坐立不安的、害怕的、易怒的、害羞的、紧张的”得分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论实施曼陀罗绘画治疗,可有效缓解肿瘤患者的负性情绪。

Objective To explore the effects of mandala painting on alleviating the negative emotions of patients with tumor.Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 60 patients who received chemotherapy in the Department of Oncology of a hospital from July to December,2020.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing measures and psychological care.The observation group received one Mandala painting therapy before and after each chemotherapy cycle,with a total of 10 times,together with routine nursing and psychological care.At the end of intervention,the positive and negative affect scale(PANAS)was used to evaluate and compare the negative emotional states of the two groups of patients.Results The total negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Among the positive emotion items,the scores of high mental vitality,pride,vitality were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Among the negative emotion items,the scores of guilty,fear,hostility,restlessness,scare,irritability,shyness,and nervousness were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Mandala painting therapy can effectively alleviate the negative emotional states of the patients with tumor.
