基于物联网云平台的延续护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用 被引量:21

Application of Continuous Care Based on Internet-of-Things Cloud Platform among Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要 目的探讨基于物联网云平台的延续护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者自我管理、生活质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取2020年1-12月经某院治疗后出院的COPD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采取常规延续性护理措施,观察组在常规措施的基础上采用物联网云平台模式进行延续性护理。干预6个月后比较两组COPD患者的慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test,CAT)、肺功能、自我管理水平以及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组患者CAT评分为(14.56±3.00)分,低于对照组(15.67±2.99)分(P<0.05);观察组患者肺功能、自我管理能力、生活质量总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于物联网云平台的延续护理模式,可有效提高患者的自我管理水平和生活质量,改善患者症状,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the effects of continuous care based on the Internet-of-Things(IOT)cloud platform on the self-management and quality of life of COPD patients.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select COPD patients discharged from a hospital from January to December,2020.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table.Patients in the control group received routine continuous care measures,and the observation group received the continuous care based on the IOT cloud platform together with routine care.After 6 months of intervention,the CAT scores,lung function,self-management level and quality of life were compared between the two groups of COPD patients.Results After the intervention,the CAT score of the observation group(14.56±3.00)was lower than that of the control group(15.67±2.99)(P<0.05).The lung function,self-management ability,and the total and dimension scores of quality of life of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous care model based on the IOT cloud platform can effectively improve patients’self-management level and quality of life,and relieve their symptoms.The model is worthy of promotion and application.
