摘要
铜车坝水库工程是补齐重庆市潼南区南部复兴河流域水利建设短板的民生工程,可在满足水库下游供水灌溉要求的同时弥补主库自身来水量的不足,在工程设计中通过设置引水隧洞引水以增加主库调蓄水量。通过切割洪水过程和径流过程两种方案分析,并结合比较了隧洞布置的经济性与技术性,参考重庆市其他同类型工程的引水率确定了引水隧洞设计引水流量。结果表明:通过引水较好地解决了铜车坝水库主库自身来水量不足的问题,采用切割洪水过程的引水方案合理。
Tongcheba reservoir project is a livelihood project to improve the water conservancy construction in the Fuxing River Basin in the south of Tongnan District,Chongqing City.In order to meet the requirements of water supply and irrigation in the downstream area of the reservoir and make up for the shortage of water from the main reservoir,a water diversion project was built to divert water to increase the storage water of the main reservoir.Through the analysis of flood process and runoff process separation schemes,combining with the comparison of tunnel layout from aspects of technology and economics,and referring to the diversion rate of other similar projects in Chongqing City,the design diversion flow of water diversion project was determined.The results show that the problem of insufficient water of the main reservoir of Tongcheba reservoir can be solved by water diversion project,and the flood process separation scheme of water diversion is reasonable.
