丹江口库区浮游甲壳动物群落结构及其与环境因子的相关性研究

摘要 为研究丹江口水库浮游甲壳动物的群落结构、分布特征及其与主要环境因子的关系,2017~2018年每月对丹江口水库坝上游断面和坝下游断面开展了浮游甲壳动物的调查。结果表明:丹江口水库浮游甲壳动物群落结构具有明显的季节性特征,2017年丹江口水库浮游甲壳动物在春秋两季密度较大,而2018年则在夏秋两季密度较大。虽然坝上游与坝下游两个断面生物密度相差较大,但浮游甲壳动物的群落结构变化较为一致。丹江口坝上游断面浮游甲壳动物群落结构变化主要受水位和水温的双重影响,而丹江口坝下游断面则主要受水温和丹江口坝上游断面群落结构变化的共同影响。 In order to analyze the relationship between the community structure and distribution characteristics of plankton crustaceans and the main environmental factors in Danjiangkou Reservoir,a monthly survey of planktonic crustaceans was carried out on the upper and lower cross-sections of the Danjiangkou Reservoir dam for two consecutive years from 2017 to 2018.The results show that the community structure of plankton crustaceans in Danjiangkou Reservoir has obvious seasonal characteristics.In 2017,the density of plankton crustaceans in Danjiangkou Reservoir was higher in spring and autumn,while in 2018,the density was higher in summer and autumn.Although the biological density of the two cross-sections above and below the dam is quite different,the changes in the community structure of plankton crustaceans are more consistent.The community structure changes of plankton crustaceans in the upper cross-section of Danjiangkou dam are mainly affected by water level and water temperature,while the lower cross-section of Danjiangkou dam is mainly affected by water temperature and the community structure of the upper cross-section.
