人文意境下生态企业园一体化体系的建构--襄阳达安汽车检测中心有限公司试验服务保障区综合改造方案构思

Construction of the Integrated System of Ecological Enterprise Park Under the Humanistic Conception:Conceived on the Plan of Comprehensive Renovation for the Test Service Guarantee Area of Xiangyang Da’an Automobile Test Center Limited Corporation

调研发现襄阳达安汽车检测中心有限公司试验服务保障区建成年代久远,建筑空间、景观环境、交通组织、人文氛围等方面均存在普遍的不足,亟需综合优化改造。如何建构生态企业园空间环境及营造展示企业文化的企业园特色氛围是项目改造的两个研究方向,从打造一体化空间体系和整合利用新旧元素激发园区活力两方面进行深化,最后提出因地制宜、一体设计、人文意境、绿色低技等具体的设计应对策略,为企业园综合改造设计研究提供一些思路。

The survey found that the test service guarantee area of Xiangyang Da’an Automobile Testing Center Limited Corporation has been built for a long time,and there are general deficiencies in architectural space,landscape environment,traffic organization,humanistic atmosphere and other aspects,which need comprehensive optimization and transformation.How to construct the space environment of ecological enterprise park?How to create a characteristic atmosphere of the enterprise park showing enterprise culture?which is the two research directions of the project transformation.It is deepened from two aspects of building an integrated space system and integrating the use of old and new elements to stimulate the vitality of the park.Finally,specific design strategies are proposed,such as adaptation to local conditions,integrated design,humanistic conception,green and low technology,so as to provide some ideas for the design research of comprehensive renovation of the enterprise park.
