摘要
在不增加水泥熟料烧成热耗的前提下,通过加强水泥窑的工艺操作,合理匹配一、二、三次风的风量,调整窑头用煤比例,优化篦冷机操作,实现了水泥熟料生产和余热发电系统的高效协同。
On the premise of not increasing the burning heat consumption of cement clinker,by strengthening the process operation of cement kiln,reasonably matching the air volume of primary,secondary and tertiary air,adjusting the proportion of coal used at kiln head,and optimizing the operation of grate cooler,the efficient cooperation between cement clinker production and waste heat power generation system is realized.
