摘要
分析了水泥工程项目锥体结构施工的两大常规技术的不足,通过开发锥体模板自拆装设备及配套的施工方法,大幅降低了施工难度。锥体模板自拆装设备可适用于各型直径锥体的施工,同时,模板自拆装设备中心支撑等均可与塔吊等部件相兼容。自挂式弧度可调模板除满足各型锥体外,还可通过调整三脚架角度及模板背楞形成自挂式大模板体系,满足大直径筒仓仓壁结构、高窑墩及其他类似结构的施工要求。
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of two conventional technologies in cement projects pyramid structure construction. Through the development of cone template from dismantling equipment and related construction methods, it significantly reduces the difficulty of construction. The self-disassembly and assembly equipment of cone formwork can be applied to the construction of cones of various diameters. At the same time, the central support of the formwork self-disassembly and assembly equipment can be compatible with tower cranes and other components. The selfhanging radian adjustable formwork can not only meet various types of cones, but also can form a selfhanging large formwork system by adjusting the angle of the tripod and the back of the formwork to meet the construction of large-diameter silo wall structures, high kiln piers and other similar structures.
