原油集输管道在CO_(2)和H_(2)S环境下的腐蚀规律研究 被引量:5

摘要 室内采用高温高压动态腐蚀反应釜,开展了M油田原油集输管道在CO_(2)和H_(2)S环境下的腐蚀规律研究,并提出了相应的腐蚀防护措施。研究结果表明:在单一CO_(2)和H_(2)S环境下,随着CO_(2)和H_(2)S分压的逐渐增大,X65钢的腐蚀速率逐渐增大;在CO_(2)和H_(2)S共存的情况下,随着H_(2)S分压的逐渐增大,X65钢的腐蚀速率呈先减小后增大的趋势,而随着试验温度的逐渐升高,X65钢的腐蚀速率呈先增大后减小的趋势。不锈钢316L在CO_(2)和H_(2)S环境下的腐蚀速率明显低于X65钢;缓蚀剂S-12的加入能够有效降低X65钢在CO_(2)和H_(2)S环境中的腐蚀速率,起到较好的缓蚀效果。 Using high temperature and high pressure dynamic corrosion reactor,the corrosion law of crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline in M oilfield in CO_(2) and H_(2)S environment is studied,and the corresponding corrosion protection measures are put forward.The results show that the corrosion rate of X65 steel increases with the gradual increase of CO_(2) and H_(2)S partial pressure in a single CO_(2) and H_(2)S environment.When CO_(2) and H_(2)S coexist,with the gradual increase of H_(2)S partial pressure,the corrosion rate of X65 steel decreases first and then increases,while with the gradual increase of test temperature,the corrosion rate of X65 steel increases first and then decreases.The corrosion rate of stainless steel 316 L in CO_(2) and H_(2)S environment is significantly lower than that of X65 steel.The addition of corrosion inhibitor S-12 can effectively reduce the corrosion rate of X65 steel in CO_(2) and H_(2)S environment,which has a good corrosion inhibition effect.
