摘要
以容积为135 m^(3)的Mark-Ⅲ型LNG船围护系统模拟舱为研究对象,通过设计模拟舱低温试验验平台,对模拟舱保温层进行低温试验,主要测量低温试验中预冷过程的绝缘层沿厚度方向的温度变化分布规律和稳定状态下蒸发率大小,分别针对其传热和结构特点建立了模拟舱的传热简化模型,用于模拟舱的预冷温度分布和蒸发率与数值仿真计算,并将计算结果与试验结果进行比较分析.分析结果可以有效检验模拟舱建造过程中各项施工工艺是否达到使用标准,探究了温度产生的应力对船体结构强度的影响.
Taking the 135 m^(3) Mark-Ⅲ LNG ship containment system simulation module as the research object,the low temperature test of the simulated tank insulation layer is carried out through the design simulation cabin temperature test platform.We mainly measure the temperature distribution and rate of evaporation of the insulation layer along the thickness direction in the stable state in the low temperature test of precooling process.On this basis,the simplified heat transfer model of the analog chamber is established based on its heat transfer and structural characteristics,which is used in the numerical simulation,and the numerical and experimental results are compared.Our results can effectively test whether the construction technology of the simulated cabin meets the application standard and whether the stress caused by temperature will have a great impact on the strength of the hull structure.
