摘要
荧光硅量子点由于其良好的生物相容性,在生物和生物医学中具有巨大的潜在应用前景.然而,由于大多数硅量子点较差的水溶性及低的荧光量子产率,严重阻碍了其在生物领域的应用发展.文中通过使用亲水性硅源分子与有机染料,采用“一锅”水热合成法,合成了具有小尺寸(5 nm),良好水分散性和高荧光的有机硅点.所制备的有机硅点应用于HeLa细胞生物成像,展示出良好的荧光性能和优异的抗光漂白稳定性.
Fluorescent silicon quantum dots have great potential in biological and biomedical applications because of their good biocompatibility.However,the poor water solubility and low fluorescence quantum yield of most silicon quantum dots have seriously hindered their application inthe biological field.In this paper,by using hydrophilic silicon source molecules and organic dyes,″one-pot″hydrothermal synthesis method was used to synthesize organosilicon nanodots with small size(5 nm),good water dispersion and high fluorescence.The prepared organosilicon points were applied to biological imaging of HeLa cells,showing good fluorescence performance and excellent anti-bleaching stability.
