摘要
本文对复合材料中无法避免的孔隙含量测定问题进行了分析研究。通过大量取样并运用统计学原理进行数据分析挖掘的方法,确定了适用于核工业理化工程研究院专用设备用复合材料的能达到亚微米级精度的孔隙率测试技术。在此基础上进一步研究了孔隙率在纯环向复合材料筒上的分布规律。结果表明,显微照相法可有效评价复合材料孔隙含量情况,测试精度可达亚微米级。纯环向复合材料筒体材料具有宏观均匀、细观不均匀性。在现有工艺条件下,该复合材料筒亚微米级尺度上孔隙率数据呈指数分布,且孔隙沿轴向和周向均匀分布,沿径向由内到外孔隙率逐渐降低。
In this paper,the inevitable porosity problem in CFRP processing is studied.By means of sampling and date analysis and mining with the principle of statistics,the method of porosity test for CFRP centrifuge is determined.Based on this,the distribution of porosity on unidirectional CFRP tube is further studied.The results showe that the microphotography method can effectively evaluate the porosity of composite materials,and the measurement accuracy can reach submicron level.The porposity date of unidirectional CFRP tube were exponentially distributed.Under the existing process conditions in our hospital,the pores of CFRP tube were uniformiy distributed in axial direction and decreased from inside to outside in radialdirection.
