摘要 针对我国铁路客票票制长期存在的各类问题,借鉴国内外相关行业电子客票应用的成功经验,提出我国铁路电子客票是以电子数据形式体现的铁路旅客运输合同凭证这一基础定义。在此前提下,研究铁路电子客票在旅客出行全程中应用所涉及的各项关键技术,包括分布式环境下异构数据库间的数据同步技术、网格化的旅客服务记录(PSR)数据存储模型、大并发条件下海量PSR数据的高效访问机制、大场景下人脸服务平台与各类终端的联动技术,以及基于秘钥和用户身份信息的电子客票识别码双因子加密等。围绕以上关键技术和实际应用要求对客票系统架构进行升级,新建电子客票集群、PSR集群、人脸比对集群、电子客票识别码集群等服务资源,同时改造升级路局级和车站级客票系统软硬件设备。铁路电子客票经长时间、大规模实际应用,结果表明各项关键技术和客票系统的架构升级方案均能较好地满足旅客无纸化、自助化、信息化的出行需要。 In view of the long-standing problems of China’s railway passenger ticket system and drawing on the successful experience of e-ticket applications in relevant industries at home and abroad,the basic definition of China railway e-tickets is proposed,namely,railway passenger transportation contract vouchers embodied in the form of electronic data.Under this premise,the key technologies involved in the application of railway e-tickets in the entire journey of passengers are studied,including the data synchronization technology among heterogeneous databases in distributed environment,the grid-based passenger service record(PSR)data storage model,the efficient access mechanism of massive PSR data under large concurrency conditions,the linkage technology between face service platform and various terminals in the large-scale scene as well as the two-factor encryption of e-ticket identification codes based on secret keys and user identification information.The architecture of the ticket system is upgraded based on the above key technologies and practical applications.Such new service resources as e-ticket clusters,PSR clusters,face comparison clusters and e-ticket identification code clusters are created.At the same time,the software and hardware equipment of the railway bureau-level and station-level ticket systems are upgraded.After long-term and large-scale practical applications of railway e-tickets,the results show that these key technologies and the architecture upgrade plan for the ticket system can better meet the travel needs of passengers for paperless,self-service and informatization.
