法国普通中学数学教师资格考试述评 被引量:3

A Review of the Mathematics Teaching Certification Testing in French Secondary Schools

摘要 拥有着悠久师范教育历史的法国十分重视教师的培养和选拔.法国普通中学数学教师资格考试分为外部考试、内部考试和第三类考试,其中外部考试主要面向硕士一年级、二年级以及获得硕士学位(或同等文凭)的考生,是取得中学数学教师资格的主要渠道.法国普通中学数学教师资格考试具有考生来源广泛、录取门槛高、备考资源充足、着重教师综合能力等特点,给中国中学数学教师资格考试带来5点启示:注重教师学科知识考查,凸显学科性;注重教师实践能力考查,凸显实践性;注重教师信息技术考查,凸显时代性;注重教师综合素养考查,凸显综合性;注重教师学科素养考查,凸显养成性. France,which has a long history of teacher education,attaches great importance to the training and selection of teachers.The qualifications of mathematics teachers in French secondary schools are divided into external examinations,internal examinations,and third examinations.The external examinations are mainly for candidates who are in the first and second grades of a master’s program or have a master’s degree(or equivalent),and they are the main channels for obtaining the qualification to become mathematics teachers in secondary schools.Mathematics teacher certification in French secondary schools is characterized by a variety of candidate sources,high admission thresholds,sufficient preparation resources,and comprehensive teacher abilities.From this,five recommendations can be gleaned on the examination of mathematics teacher certification in Chinese secondary schools:pay attention to the examination of teachers’subject knowledge and highlight the discipline;pay attention to the examination of teachers’practical ability and highlight practicality;pay attention to the examination of teachers’information technology and highlight advances;pay attention to the examination of teachers’comprehensive quality and highlight comprehensiveness;and pay attention to the examination of teachers’subject quality and highlight cultivation.
