摘要
为解决带式输送机恒定运行电能消耗较大且输送带磨损较大的问题,在简单概述带式输送机基本结构和变频调速控制系统基本结构的基础上,基于模糊控制算法完成带式输送机变频调速系统的控制策略设计,并经试验对不同调速方式对应的节能效果进行验证,可指导其他设备的节能生产。
In order to solve the problems of large power consumption and belt wear in constant operation of belt conveyor,based on a brief overview of the basic structure of belt conveyor and the basic structure of variable frequency speed control system,this paper completed the control strategy design of the frequency conversion speed regulation system of the belt conveyor based on the fuzzy control algorithm,and verified the corresponding energy-saving effects under different speed regulation modes through experi-ments,which can guide the energy-saving production of other equipment.
