摘要
一350 MW超临界锅炉投产后,一直存在再热器减温水量大及冷灰斗结焦严重等问题。通过一系列的调整试验,总结出现问题的主要原因是炉底漏风量较大,热二次风箱压力偏低,再热器设计面积偏大,1号、3号角冷灰斗区域加装了耐磨浇注料等,并提出了优化改进措施。
A 350 MW supercritical boiler existed excessive reheater attemperating water and ash hopper slagging after putting into production.Through a series of adjustment tests,it was concluded that the main reasons for the problems were the large boiler bottom air leakage,the low pressure of hot secondary air box,the large designed area of reheater,adding of wear-resistant castables in the No.1 and No.3 cool slag hopper area and etc.,and put forward the optimization and improvement measures.
