煤矿产业的工作环境较为恶劣,同时其日常工作也具有一定的危险性。因此,煤矿企业必须做好安全供电和机电设备的管理与维护工作,切实优化员工们的工作环境。简要分析了煤矿安全供电和机电设备管理中存在的问题,并以此为基础探讨煤矿安全供电和机电设备管理与维护对策,从而为煤矿生产的安全高效进行奠定坚实的基础。

The working environment of the coal industry is relatively harsh,and its daily work is also of certain degree of danger.Therefore,coal mining enterprises must do a good job in the safe power supply and the management and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment,and effectively optimize the working environment of the employees.This paper briefly analyzed the existing problems in the safe power supply and the management of electromechanical equipment in coal mines,and discussed the counter-measures on this basis,so as to lay a solid foundation for the safe and efficient operation of coal mine production.
