摘要
促进乡村教师的专业发展是提升农村教育质量、推进教育公平、实现教育精准扶贫的重要保障。然而,在实践中农村小规模学校面临的现实困境,诸如优质课程资源匮乏、教师学习动力不足、教师交流机制与鼓励政策不健全、学生生源持续消退等制约了教师的专业发展。对此需要借助信息技术手段构建稳定的城乡教育教研共同体,盘活优质资源,完善并落实城乡教师交流鼓励政策,以进一步提升他们教育教学的内生动力。
Promoting the professional development of rural teachers is an important guarantee for improving the quality of rural education,advancing educational equity and achieving targeted poverty alleviation through education.However,the practical difficulties faced by small-scale rural schools,such as the lack of high-quality curriculum resources,the insufficiency of teachers’learning motivation,the imperfect teacher communication mechanism and incentive policies,and the continuous decline of students,restrict teachers’professional development.Therefore,it is necessary to use information technology to build a stable community of urban-rural education,teaching and research,activate high-quality resources,improve and implement the policy of encouraging the communication between urban and rural teachers in order to further enhance their endogenous motivation for education and teaching.
