摘要
根据智慧矿山发展需求及5G技术的应用实践,以龙首矿 1703 水平有轨运输电机车无人驾驶系统5G通信网络为研究对象,结合现场环境及应用需求,详解了5G技术在矿山有轨运输电机车无人驾驶系统应用中的技术方案,阐明了5G技术在特定场景应用的优化措施。结果表明:5G 无线通信相较传统 WiFi 技术优势明显,组网技术可完全适应于矿山露天、平硐及井下等环境,5G终端技术可满足矿山复杂运行环境下的移动设备通信需求,5G 无线通信指标完全达到矿山有轨运输电机车无人驾驶系统技术要求。5G技术在矿山有轨运输电机车无人驾驶系统的成功应用,为5G技术在矿山领域的推广应用提供了可靠的技术方法。
According to the development requirements of intelligent mines and the application of 5G technology,the paper took the 5G communication network for railed transportation electric locomotive driverless operation system on level 1703 of Longshou Mine as research object,based on field surroundings and application requirements,expounded the technical scheme applying 5G technology to the electric locomotive driverless operation system of railed transportation in mines,and then narrated the optimization measures about applying 5G technology to specific occasion.Results showed:compared with traditional WiFi technology,5G wireless communication was of obvious advantage,its networking technology completely adapted to the surroundings of strip mine,tunnel and underground mine,5G terminal technology met the communication requirements of mobile facilities in complex operation surroundings of mines,5G wireless communication indexes totally reached the technical requirements of the electric locomotive driverless operation system of railed transportation in mines.The successful application of 5G technology to the electric locomotive driverless operation system of railed transportation in mines offered reliable technical approach.
