摘要
在对高压辊磨—球磨流程中的球磨机进行选型核算时,发现直接采用邦德公式计算球磨机比能耗与现场磨机运行时的实际比能耗相差较大,从而导致计算的处理量与实际处理量偏差较大。通过分析认为,高压辊磨机辊压产品中细粒级含量高以及辊压后物料产生大量微裂纹,是产生计算结果偏差的主要原因。基于此,初步探讨了高压辊磨—球磨流程中的球磨机选型计算方法:一是修正的邦德公式方法,二是容积法。通过对 2 个选矿实例的计算分析,说明这 2 种方法能够提高此类流程中球磨机选型计算的精确度。
During the sizing calculation of the ball mill in HPGR (high pressure grinding roll) and BM (ball mill) circuit,it was found that there was large difference between the specific energy consumption of ball mill directly obtained by Bond formula and actual one of ball mill in field,which led to considerable difference between calculated throughput and actual one.Analysis results showed the high content of fine particles and large micro-crack of HPGR product were the main causes of above difference.Based on this,the paper discussed the sizing calculation method for the ball mill in HPGR and BM circuit:one was corrected Bond formula method,the other was volume method.The calculation examples in two processing plants showed the two methods enhanced the precision of the sizing calculation for the ball mill in similar circuit.
