浮选智能控制系统在某钼矿选厂的应用 被引量:5

Application of intelligent control system for flotation in a molybdenum ore concentrator

摘要 针对某钼矿选矿厂浮选过程复杂多变,影响因素多,依靠人工经验调整滞后,浮选指标波动大的问题,采用了一种基于泡沫图像分析仪的浮选智能控制系统。对比分析了人工控制与智能控制 2 种系统运行下泡沫流速的稳定性、精扫尾矿品位与精矿品位的变化、精选给矿品位与精选回收率的变化,结果显示:泡沫流速均值为 157.2 mm/s;精扫尾矿平均品位为 0.081%,精矿平均品位为 51%;精选给矿平均品位为 8.54%,精选回收率平均为 99.02%;精选段整体回收率提高了0.52%,取得了较好的效果。 Since the flotation process was complicated and unstable in a molybdenum ore concentrator,and there were many influential factors,control by the means of workers’ experience brought about the lagging and the large fluctuation of flotation indexes,therefore a kind of intelligent control system for flotation based on froth image analyzer was applied.The stability of froth flow,the variation in the grade of clean scavenging tailings and the grade of concentrate,the variation in the grade of clean separating feed and the recovery ratio of clean separation in manual control system and intelligent control system were analyzed.The results showed:the average froth flow was 157.2 mm/s,the average grade of clean scavenging tailings was 0.081%,average grade of concentrate was 51%,the average grade of clean separating feed was 8.54%,the average recovery ratio of clean separation was 99.02%,the overall recovery ratio of clean separation enhanced 0.52%,excellent effects were obtained.
