摘要
目的观察中药熏蒸疗法联合度洛西汀治疗躯体化障碍患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年11月~2020年6月沈阳市精神卫生中心就诊的躯体化障碍患者62例纳入研究,随机分为对照组(30例)和研究组(32例),研究组给予中药熏蒸+度洛西汀治疗,对照组仅给予度洛西汀治疗,治疗时间共6周,在治疗前后通过症状自评量表(SCL-90)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评价治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组的SCL-90、HAMA评分无明显差异(P<0.05);治疗6周后,两组的SCL-90、HAMA评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组的SCL-90、HAMA评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸疗法联合度洛西汀可更有效改善躯体化障碍患者的临床症状,具有患者体验舒适、接受性好、副作用小等优势,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with duloxetine in the treatment of somatization disorders. Method 62 patients with somatization disorder who were treated in Shenyang mental health center from November 2017 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(32 cases). The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation + duloxetine,while the control group was only treated with duloxetine for 6 weeks. Before and after treatment,they passed symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SCL-90 and HAMA scores between the two groups(P<0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment,the SCL-90 and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of SCL-90 and HAMA in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and duloxetine can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with somatization disorder more effectively,which has the advantages of comfortable experience,good acceptability and small side effects,and is worthy of clinical application.
