Objective To explore the effect of cognitive psychological nursing intervention on cognitive function, negative emotion and social function of patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 92 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group(46 cases)were given routine nursing, and the observation group(46 cases)were added with cognitive psychological nursing intervention on this basis. Social disability screening schedule(SDSS)score,Wisconsin card Classification Test(WCST)score,self-rating scale(SDS)score and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score before and after intervention between the two groups were compared. Results The scores of SDSS,SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The total time and wrong thinking time of patients in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group, and the percentage of conceptualization level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients with craniocerebral injury, improve their cognitive function, promote the recovery of patients’ social function, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
