四川省妇幼保健机构复用器械处理现状调查

Survey on the current situation of reuse equipment treatment in maternal and child health care institutions in Sichuan province

目的调查四川省三级、二级及以下妇幼保健机构复用器械处理模式、清洗消毒人员的配置及培训现状。方法按照消毒供应中心"两规一标"要求,设计专用问卷调查表,采用问卷星调查模式,通过四川省妇幼保健机构网络平台由各级妇幼保健机构院感管理人员完成调查表填写。结果共86家妇幼保健机构参加调查,其中三级妇幼保健机构22家,二级及二级以下妇幼保健机构共64家。在机构内进行器械处理的各环节中,三级保健机构与二级及以下保健机构器械清洗方式、干燥方式、管腔处理方法及灭菌方式比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);外送器械全程处理过程中,三级保健机构与二级及以下保健机构在转运车的配备和规范使用上比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论不具备对复用器械规范处置的二级及以下妇幼保健机构,应首选交由区域内有处置能力的机构进行规范处置,资源共享,避免人力资源浪费,保障复用器械使用安全。

Objective To investigate the reuse equipment processing mode, the configuration and training status of cleaning and disinfection personnel in tertiary, secondary and lower maternal and child health care institutions in Sichuan province.Methods According to the requirements of "two standards and one standard" of disinfection and supply center, a special questionnaire named the questionnaire star was designed and completed by the hospital staff of maternal and child health care institutions at all levels through the network platform of Sichuan maternal and child health care institutions.Results A total of 86 maternal and child health care institutions participated in the survey, including 22 tertiary maternal and child health care institutions and 64 secondary and lower maternal and child health care institutions.There were statistically significant differences between the third-level health care institutions and the second-level or lower health care institutions in the way of instrument cleaning, drying, treatment and sterilization(all P<0.05);in the whole process of equipment delivery, there were statistically significant differences between the third-level health care institutions and the second-level or lower health care institutions in the equipment and standard use of transport vehicles(all P<0.05).Conclusion Secondary and sub-secondary maternal and child health care institutions that cannot standardize the disposal of reusable devices, firstly, shall be handed over to the competent authority in the region for standard disposal, to achieve resource sharing, avoid waste of human resources, and ensure the safety of reuse devices.
