摘要
目前我国高速铁路的最高运营速度为350 km/h,民航的经济速度为800~1000 km/h,速度为600 km/h的高速磁浮系统恰好处于两者之间,高速磁浮的规划建设将不可避免与之竞争。分析影响运输方式选择的供给差异因素、需求决定因素和外部环境因素,并综合选定6项影响因素作为分析指标。构建多因素制约条件的综合效用极大化竞争性模型,通过模拟得出高速磁浮系统优势运距及与高速铁路、民航的竞争运距,为高速磁浮系统线路规划提供理论支撑,同时有利于理清多种现代高速交通运输系统之间竞合关系,提升高速磁浮项目市场竞争能力。
At present,the highest operatingspeed of Chinese high speed railways is 350 km/h,and the economic speed of civil aviation is 800-1000 km/h.The high speed maglev system with a speed of 600 km/h is just between the high speed railways and civil aviation.The planning and construction of the high speed maglev system will inevitably compete with them.This paper analyzed the supply difference,demand determinants,and external environmental factors affecting the choice of transportation mode,and selected 6 influencing factors as the analysis indicators.A competitive model of comprehensive utility maximization constrained by multi-factors was constructed,and the superior transportation distance and the competitive transportation distance of high speed maglev system compared with high speed railways and civil aviation through simulation were obtained,which provide theoretical support for the line planning of the high speed maglev system.At the same time,it is conducive to clarifying the competition and cooperation relationship between various modern high speed transportation systems and improving the market competitiveness of high speed maglev projects.
