中欧班列五大集结中心竞争演变特征及竞争力提升对策

Competitive Evolution Characteristics and Competitiveness Enhancement Countermeasures of Five Assembly Centers for China Railway Express

中欧班列集结中心示范工程的建设有利于推动中欧班列高质量发展。为更好地促进中欧班列集结中心示范工程建设,以郑州、重庆、成都、西安、乌鲁木齐五大中欧班列集结中心为研究对象,运用基尼系数和偏移-份额分析2种方法,总结2011—2019年五大集结中心的竞争演变特征,并从中欧班列运营能力角度和城市支撑能力角度进一步对比分析五大集结中心竞争力,提出具体的竞争力提升对策,为中欧班列集结中心建设提供参考。

The demonstration project of assembly centers for the China Railway Express is conducive to boosting its high-quality development.To promote the demonstration project construction,this paper summarized the competitive evolution characteristics of five assembly centers(Zhengzhou,Chongqing,Chengdu,Xi’an,and Urumqi)from 2011 to 2019 depending on Gini coefficients and shift-share analysis.Furthermore,the competitiveness of the five assembly centers were compared and analyzed from the perspectives of operation capability of the China Railway Express and urban support capability,and specific competitiveness enhancement countermeasures were also proposed.The research can provide a reference for the construction of assembly centers serving the China Railway Express.
