摘要
杭州铁路枢纽是全国铁路网中沟通长三角城市群交通联络的重要节点之一。随着杭州南站改建完成,以及杭黄高速铁路等新建线路相继开通运营,杭州铁路枢纽亟需对客运站进行重新分工。通过梳理杭州铁路枢纽客运系统现状及规划,总结枢纽现存问题及分工限制条件,基于枢纽分工原则、改扩建条件以及客运站分工定位,以2030年杭州铁路网近期规划为背景,提出合理的杭州铁路枢纽客运站分工方案,为杭州铁路客运枢纽的运营组织和规划设计提供决策支持,对提高杭州铁路枢纽运输效率和能力,促进长三角一体化发展,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
The Hangzhou railway hub is one of the important nodes in the national railway network to communicate the traffic ties of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.With the completion of the reconstruction project for the Hangzhou South Railway Station and the operation of Hangzhou-Huangshan High Speed Railway and other new lines,it is necessary to re-divide the work of the existing passenger stations for the Hangzhou railway hub.Through sorting out the relevant information of the passenger system in the Hangzhou railway hub,this paper summarized the existing problems of the railway hub and the restrictions on the work division and proposed several work division plans for the passenger stations in the Hangzhou railway hub under the background of Short-term Plan of 2030 Hangzhou Railway Network according to the principle of work division in the hub and there construction conditions and the positioning of work division at passenger stations.The research provides decision support for transportation operation and planning of passenger stations at the Hangzhou railway hub,facilitating the integrated regional development of the Yangtze River Delta and improving the transport efficiency and capacity of the Hangzhou railway hub.
