摘要
目的:分析广西产濒危药用植物青钱柳内生真菌次生代谢产物的抗氧化活性,筛选具有抗氧化活性较强的内生真菌菌株。方法:以课题组前期已分离培养的131株青钱柳内生真菌的发酵粗提取物为研究对象,对发酵产物的DPPH·、·OH^(-)、O2^(-)·、NO2^(-)能力和Fe^(2+)螯合能力进行检测。结果:结果表明,青钱柳内生真菌表现出具有一定清除DPPH·、·OH^(-)、O2^(-)·、NO2^(-)能力和Fe^(2+)螯合能力,对DPPH·、·OH^(-)、O2^(-)·、NO2^(-)最大清除率和对Fe^(2+)最大螯合率分别为81.32%、87.83%、49.7%、43.5%、82.24%;菌株824F、894F、907F、885F、890F、876F、912F清除·OH^(-)自由基能力较强,清除率均大于阳性对照V C。结论:结果表明青钱柳内生真菌代谢产物具有良好的抗氧化活性,可作为寻找新型天然抗氧化剂的潜在资源。
Objective To analyzethe antioxidant activity of Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.)Iljinsk,an endangered medicinal plant from Guangxi,the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi from C.paliurus were screened.Methods The antioxidant activity of the secondary metabolites of 131 endophytic fungi from C.paliurus were detected by analyzing the ability of DPPH·,·OH^(-)、O2^(-)·、NO2^(-) and chelating Fe^(2+).Results The results showed that the extracts from endophytic fungi of C.paliurus had the ability of scavenging DPPH·,·OH^(-)、O2^(-)·、NO2^(-) and chelating Fe^(2+),and their maximum scavenging rates were 81.32%,87.83%,49.7%,43.5%and 82.24%,respectively.The seven isolates including 824F,894F,907F,885F,890F,876F and 912F had stronger scavenging ability of OH radicals,and the scavenging rates were higher than that of the positive control VC.Conclusions The results showed that the metabolites of endophytic fungi of C.paliurus had good antioxidant activity and could be used as a potential resource for new natural antioxidants.
