药典炮制与传统炮制方法对清半夏质量的影响

Effect of Pharmacopoeia Processing and Traditional Processing Methods on the Quality of Pinellia Ternate

目的:探讨两种炮制方法对中药饮片清半夏质量的影响。方法:选取焦作市中医院药学部采购的生半夏若干,随机将其分为A组和B组,A组采用传统清半夏炮制方法,B组采用《中华人民共和国药典》(2020版)关于清半夏的炮制方法。炮制后分别采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定饮片成分,包括总游离酸、草酸钙针晶及矾等,比较两种炮制方法安全性和有效性。结果:B组总游离酸高于A组,并且B组草酸钙针晶和矾的含量均低于A组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用《中华人民共和国药典》(2020版)炮制方法,清半夏有效成分含量较高,并且能够降低毒性成分的含量,该炮制方法安全有效,值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the effect of two processing methods on the quality of Pinellia ternate.Methods several raw Pinellia ternata purchased by the pharmacy department of Jiaozuo Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B.group A was processed with traditional processing method of Pinellia ternata,while group B was processed with the processing method of Pinellia ternata in Pharmacopoeia of the people's Republic of China(2020 Edition).After processing,the components of the decoction pieces were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),including total free acid,calcium oxalate needle crystal and alum.Results the total free acid in group B was higher than that in group A,and the content of calcium oxalate needle crystal and alum in group B was lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion using the processing method of Pharmacopoeia of the people's Republic of China(2020 Edition),the content of active ingredients in Pinellia ternate is higher,and it can reduce the content of toxic ingredients.The processing method is safe and effective,and it is worthy of further promotion.
