针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupotomy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察针刀疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取130例腰椎间盘突出症患者,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例,观察组采用针刀治疗;对照组则给予腧穴针刺治疗,比较两组治疗前后JOA评分与VAS评分。结果:治疗后,两组JOA评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能有效改善患者腰椎功能,缓解疼痛症状,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupotomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods a total of 130 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 65 patients in each group.Observation group was treated with acupoint acupuncture,while control group was treated with acupoint acupuncture.JOA score and VAS score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,JOA score of patients in both groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores of patients in both groups were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),while those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomology in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the function of the lumbar spine,relieve pain symptoms,the curative effect is accurate,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
