本科生教育国际化校本发展策略——以南京农业大学为例

University-based Development Strategy for Internationalization of Undergraduate Education—Taking Nanjing Agricultural University as an Example

“双一流”战略下,继续推进国际化的办学理念,全面提高我国高等教育国际化水平,已成为当今高等教育改革发展的重要战略方向。以南京农业大学为例,分析高校本科生出国留学的现状以及存在的问题,并就如何解决这些问题从不同的维度提出国际化的策略。推动本科生教育国际化,高校应加强顶层设计,探索运用“学校推动、学院主导、部门协同”的管理机制,多渠道拓展经费来源,有针对性地解决当前存在的问题,从根本上改善国际化人才培养机制。

Under the“Double First Class”strategy,continuing to promote the idea of internationalization and comprehensively improving the internationalization of Chinese higher education has become an important strategic direction for the reform and development of higher education today.Taking Nanjing Agricultural University as an example,this article analyzes the status and existing problems of undergraduates studying abroad,and proposes international strategies from different dimensions on how to solve these problems.In order to promote the internationalization of undergraduate education,universities should strengthen top-level design,adopt management mechanism of“university promoting,college leading,and department coordinating”,and expand funding sources,solve the current problems and fundamentally improve the international talent training mechanism.
