摘要
高职院校“双师型”教师服务地方经济社会发展,是促进地方经济发展能力的重要保障。运用调查法及案例分析法对陇南师专旅游专业“双师型”教师服务旅游行业进行研究。研究发现,陇南校地合作背景下,“双师型”教师服务地方旅游业存在的问题有:机制不完善、“双师型”教师人才培养体系不完善、专业教师缺乏、“双师型”教师服务地方的路径缺乏。剖析问题的同时,提出高职院校“双师型”教师服务地方旅游行业的路径及“双师型”教师师资队伍建设思路与方法:提高师资队伍的整体素质、培养一批教学水平与专业技能齐发展的优秀专职教师、建立一支既有理论水平又有实践经验的“双师型”素质教师队伍、加强与企业和管理机构的技术人员交流学习。
Double qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges serving local economic and social development is an important guarantee to promote local economic development.By using the methods of investigation and case analysis,this paper studies the service of double qualified teachers in Longnan Teachers College for tourism industry.It is found that under the background of school and locality cooperation,there are some problems in the service of double qualified teachers for local tourism industry,such as imperfect mechanism,imperfect personnel training system of double qualified teachers,lack of professional teachers,and lack of paths for double qualified teachers to serve local tourism.At the same time,this paper analyzes the problems,and puts forward the path of double qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges to serve the local tourism industry,as well as the ideas and methods for the construction of double qualified teachers:improving the overall quality of teachers,cultivating a number of high-level full-time teachers with the development of teaching level and professional skills,establishing a double qualified teachers with both theoretical level and practical experience,strengthening the communication and learning with technical personnel of enterprises and management institutions.
