高校高水平运动队存在的问题及对策

Research on Problems and Measures of High Level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities

对高校高水平运动队的组建现状进行分析,发现经过多年的发展,高校高水平运动队在建设过程中存在违反建设运动队目标、招生选材受限、项目设置没有结合当地特色、缺乏专业训练员、文化课与训练时间冲突、高校之间缺乏有效沟通等问题。根据高校高水平运动队的现状,提出明确培养目标,创新管理模式,通过多种方式拓宽招生渠道、合理安排训练时间、提升训练员的专业素养、促进多种合作培养模式等策略,从而有效提升高校高水平运动队的训练水平。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of the establishment of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,it is found that after years of development,there are some problems in the construction of high-level sports teams,such as violation of the goals of the construction sports teams and limited selection of students,no local characteristic of the project setting,lack of the specialized trainer,conflict of the culture lesson and the training time,lack of the effective communication between the universities and so on.According to the current situation of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward a clear training objective and an innovative management model.Strategies are made through a variety of ways to broaden the enrollment channels,reasonable arrangements for training time,improving the professional quality of trainers,promoting a variety of cooperative training models,so as to effectively enhance the training level of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities.
