摘要
在“以人为本”的时代背景下,只有学生的主体地位受到重视,才能体现课堂教学的育人本质。育人的本质依靠对学生的尊重来实现。教师要转变观念,尊重学生的规律性、差异性和主动性,回归尊重学生的课堂教学。
Under the background of“people-oriented”era,education policies have been adjusted to emphasize the main position of students and reflect the nature of education in classroom teaching.The essence of education depends on respect for students.Teachers should change their attitudes,respect students'regularity,differences and initiative,and return to respect for students'classroom teaching.
