单椎间融合器联合自体骨在改良TLIF手术中的应用

摘要 目的探讨单椎间融合器联合自体骨在改良TLIF手术中的应用效果。方法70例行改良TLIF手术治疗患者,术中均采用单椎间融合器联合自体骨,评估手术效果。结果术后1周,患者腰椎运动节段的椎间盘后高(PH)、腰椎前凸角(LA)均较术前显著提高(P<0.05);术后1个月,患者的JOA评分较术前显著提高(P<0.05);术后6个月,所有患者均出现腰椎融合。结论单椎间融合器联合自体骨在改良TLIF手术中应用效果显著,可有效改善患者椎间融合情况,促进腰椎功能恢复。 Objective To explore the application effect of single interbody fusion cage combined with autogenous bone in modified TLIF surgery.Methods In 70 patients treated with modified TLIF,single interbody fusion cage combined with autologous bone was used during the surgery,and the surgical effect was evaluated.Results One week after surgery,patients'posterior disc height(PH)and lumbar anterior convex angle(LA)of lumbar motion segments were significantly higher than those before surgery(P<0.05).1 month after surgery,patients'JOA score was significantly higher than that before surgery(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,all patients had lumbar fusion.Conclusions Single interbody fusion cage combined with autogenous bone in modified TLIF surgery has significant application effect,and can effectively improve patients'interbody fusion and promote the recovery of lumbar spine function.
