罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉对剖宫产产妇血流动力学及麻醉质量的影响分析

Analysis on the Impact of Ropivacaine for Combined Spinal-Epidural Anesthesia on Hemodynamics and Quality of Anesthesia in Puerperae with Cesarean Section

目的分析罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉对剖宫产产妇血流动力学及麻醉质量的影响。方法86例剖宫产产妇随机分为两组各43例,对照组采用布比卡因腰-硬联合麻醉,研究组采用罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉。比较两组的血流动力学指标和麻醉质量。结果胎儿娩出后,研究组的血流动力学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的运动阻滞恢复时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产中采用罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉,对母体血流动力学影响较小,麻醉效果好,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the impact of ropivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia on hemodynamics and quality of anesthesia in puerperae with cesarean section.Methods 86 puerperae with cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received bupivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia,and the study group received ropivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.The hemodynamic indicators and quality of anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results After delivery,the hemodynamic indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of movement block of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of ropivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section has less impact on maternal hemodynamics,good anesthesia effect and high safety.
