阿加曲班注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Argatroban Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察阿加曲班注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法62例急性脑梗死患者分为两组各31例,对照组采用阿司匹林注射液治疗,观察组采用阿加曲班注射液治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为93.5%,显著高于对照组的71.0%(P<0.05)。结论阿加曲班注射液治疗急性脑梗死具有较好的临床效果,能够改善患者的神经功能缺损,提升其日常活动能力。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of argatroban injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin injection,and the observation group was treated with argatroban injection.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.5%,significantly higher than 71.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Argatroban injection has good clinical effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can improve the neurological deficit of patients and improve their daily activity ability.
