临床护理路径干预在肺腺癌患者化疗中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway Intervention in Chemotherapy of Patients with Lung Adenocarcinoma

目的探讨临床护理路径干预在肺腺癌患者化疗中的应用效果。方法80例肺腺癌化疗患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施临床护理路径干预,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的SAS、SDS、VAS、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为15.00%,显著低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的中位生存期、1年生存率和2年生存率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径干预可有效缓解肺腺癌患者的负性情绪和疼痛情况,改善患者睡眠质量,降低患者不良反应发生率,延长患者生存期。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway intervention in chemotherapy of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 80 patients with chemotherapy for lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS,SDS,VAS and PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 15.00%,significantly lower than 40.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The median survival time,1-year survival rate and 2-year survival rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway intervention can effectively relieve the negative emotions and pain of patients with lung adenocarcinoma,improve the sleep quality,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and prolong the survival time of patients.
