不同年龄阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者多导睡眠监测结果分析

Analysis on the Polysomnography Monitoring Results of Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome at Different Ages

目的分析不同年龄阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的多导睡眠监测(PSG监测)结果。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2020年6月我院收治的100例OSAHS患者的临床资料,根据年龄分为老年组(≥60岁,n=59)和中年组(<60岁,n=41),均进行PSG监测。比较两组的一般资料、临床表现、基础疾病及PSG监测结果。结果老年组的身高、BMI、颈围、微觉醒指数、氧减指数、总睡眠呼吸暂停时间、Ⅲ期睡眠时间占总睡眠时间比例均显著低于中年组,各项基础疾病占比、Ⅰ期睡眠时间占总睡眠时间比例均显著高于中年组(P<0.05)。结论老年OSAHS患者的PSG监测结果缺乏特异性,睡眠结构紊乱,合并基础疾病多,较中年患者风险更高,临床需予以高度重视。

Objective To analyze the polysomnography(PSG)monitoring results of patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)at different ages.Methods The clinical data of 100 OSAHS patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to age,they were divided into the elderly group(≥60 years old,n=59)and the middle-aged group(<60 years old,n=41),and PSG monitoring was performed in all cases.The general data,clinical manifestations,underlying diseases and PSG monitoring results of the two groups were compared.Results The height,BMI,neck circumference,micro-wake index,oxygen deficit index,total sleep apnea time and ratio of phaseⅢsleep time to total sleep time of the elderly group were significantly lower than those of the middle-aged group,and the proportions of basic diseases and the ratio of phaseⅠsleep time to total sleep time were significantly higher than those of the middle-aged group(P<0.05).Conclusions The PSG monitoring results of elderly patients with OSAHS are lack of specificity.Elderly patients have sleep structure disorder,and higher risk than middle-aged patients,which needs to be paid great attention to in clinic.
