双积分政策下考虑市场进入方式的汽车供应链生产研发策略研究 被引量:7

Research on Production R&D Strategy of Automobile Supply Chain Considering Market Entry Mode Under Dual-Credit Policy

摘要 在双积分政策背景下,构建传统汽车制造商以自产与外包方式进入新能源汽车市场的生产研发博弈模型。结果表明:①无论采取自产方式或外包方式,进入新能源汽车市场对传统汽车制造商总是有利的;②随双积分政策的收紧,即新能源车比例要求的增加,传统汽车制造商的利润仅在外包模式的一定条件下增加;③即使研发水平相当,若新能源车企具有显著成本优势,传统汽车制造商选择外包模式优于自产模式,并且在外包模式下有进一步开展研发合作的空间;④较高的积分交易价格对传统汽车制造商进入新能源汽车市场具有激励作用、对车企开展外包研发合作具有推动作用。 In the context of the dual-credit policy, this paper constructs a production and R&D game model for traditional automakers to enter the new energy vehicle market through self-production and outsourcing. Results show that, whether adopting self-production or outsourcing, entering the new energy vehicle market is always beneficial to traditional automakers. With the tightening of dual-credit policy, the profit of traditional automakers only increase under certain conditions of the outsourcing model. Even if the level of R&D is comparable, if new energy cehicle companies have significant cost advantages, traditional automakers choose outsourcing model better than self-production model, and automakers have space for further R&D cooperation under outsourcing model. Higher credit price has an incentive effect for traditional automakers to enter the new vehicle market, and has a boosting effect for automakers to carry out outsourcing R&D cooperation.
