摘要
以长三角地区江苏、安徽多家中型企业的325名员工为调查对象,基于资源保存理论,探索了不合规任务对员工创新行为的影响机制。结果表明:不合规任务对员工创新行为有显著的负向影响;情绪耗竭在不合规任务与员工创新行为间起到部分中介作用;道德型领导缓解了不合规任务通过情绪耗竭对员工创新行为的负向影响。
Taking 325 employees from several medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu and Anhui as survey objects, this paper explores the influence mechanism of illegitimate tasks on employees’ innovation behavior based on the conservation of resource theory. Result show that, illegitimate tasks have a significant negative impact on employees’ innovation behavior, emotional exhaustion plays a part of mediating role between illegitimate tasks and innovation behaviors of employees. Moral leadership alleviates the negative effects of illegal tasks on innovation behavior of employees.
